Scrplay1 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to scrplay1. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and scrplay1 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the scrplay1 platform, you fully agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions are effective together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy scrplay1. If you do not agree with any of the stated terms, please refrain from using our platform.

By registering an account with scrplay1 or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you:

• Are legally competent and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Are not prohibited or restricted from participating in gambling or betting activities by any relevant authority.
• Using the scrplay1 platform solely in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Understanding that betting carries financial risk and accepting it fully as your own personal decision.

Scrplay1 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze or closure.

To enjoy the full scrplay1 experience, you will need to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and current information. You agree to submit truthful details including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on scrplay1 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. scrplay1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
• Latest information: You are required to keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur. Failure to do so may affect the processing of your withdrawals.
• Identity verification (KYC): scrplay1 reserves the right to request identity verification in accordance with compliance requirements. Documents that may be required include a valid copy of your MyKad or Malaysian passport.

All financial transactions on the scrplay1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Processing time: between 5 to 15 minutes for eWallet; up to 1 business day for FPX.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit – this is for security purposes and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Scrplay1 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day.
• Bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Scrplay1 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• Rollover requirement (wagering): scrplay1 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 3x to 20x depending on the bonus type. Specific conditions are stated on each promotions page.
• One active bonus at a time: As a general rule, only one (1) active bonus may be used at any one time unless otherwise stated.
• Validity period: Each bonus carries its own validity period. Bonuses that expire or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Football and Sports Betting typically contribute 100%, while certain games may carry different contribution rates.
• Bonus abuse policy: Any attempt to abuse the scrplay1 bonus system – including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

All betting activity on scrplay1 is subject to the rules of each respective game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Minimum and maximum bet: Betting limits vary by game type and competition. The applicable limits are displayed within the game interface. For football betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and major tournaments, maximum limits are set according to match category.
• Final decision: The outcome of all games and bets on scrplay1 is final and not subject to dispute, provided they were determined in accordance with the established rules. Any complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the relevant match or game.
• Technical issues: In the event of a technical disruption or internet connectivity issue during a gaming session, scrplay1 will endeavour to restore the situation to a fair position based on system records. In the case of Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Football and sports betting: For Sports Betting including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the applicable odds. Any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• In-Play / Live Betting: In-play bets accepted by the system are considered valid. scrplay1 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets in the event of technical issues or uncertainty surrounding the match in question.

Scrplay1 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Opening or using more than one account (multiple accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or play on the scrplay1 platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to launder money or using the scrplay1 platform for any illegal activity.
• Using another person's information or account without authorisation.
• Abusing the scrplay1 bonus or promotion system in a dishonest manner.
• Initiating chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals through your bank or eWallet provider.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about scrplay1 to any party.

Scrplay1 reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the scrplay1 support team. Any valid balance (after deducting bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be refunded within 5 business days.

Scrplay1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, power outages, or cyberattacks.
• Unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Technical issues on the part of your internet service provider, eWallet, or bank.

Scrplay1's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the submission of a claim.

All content on the scrplay1 platform – including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and other elements – is the exclusive property of scrplay1 or its licensors.

You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any scrplay1 content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from scrplay1. Using the scrplay1 name or our logo in any manner that could mislead the public is strictly prohibited.

Scrplay1 reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the scrplay1 platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction under scrplay1's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the scrplay1 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.
